Refunds at a glance
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Date changes are free up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seats. If the harbour master or operator cancels your boat, you get a free change or a full refund.

Times are counted to the first departure in your booking, in Bali time (WITA).
Refunds depend on when you cancel, counted to the first departure in your booking. The refund table on this page is the same one our booking system uses.
Changing your date
Free up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability.
When the boat is cancelled
If the harbour master or the operator cancels your sailing (weather or technical reasons), you choose: move to another departure for free or a full refund.
