Booking terms

These terms apply to every booking made on this website.

1. Your booking

Your booking is confirmed when payment is received and you can see the status Confirmed on your booking page. Bookings that are not paid before the hold time shown at checkout are released automatically.

2. Prices

Prices are shown and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Amounts in other currencies are estimates. Local government fees (Bali tourist levy, island and harbour fees) are not included unless stated.

3. Changes and cancellations

See our cancellation policy. Changes are subject to seat availability.

4. Weather

Crossings can be suspended by the harbour master. In that case you can move to another departure for free or receive a full refund.

5. Check-in and luggage

Be at the operator's counter at least 30 minutes before departure with your e-ticket and passport. Luggage is usually limited to one bag of 20–25 kg plus a small hand bag.

6. Passenger details

Names must match passports. Operators may request passport numbers for the harbour manifest.
